A: Navision is aimed at midsize companies that wish to integrate financial, distribution, manufacturing, customer relationship management and e-commerce data. Navision is a complete and customizable business management solution that is ideally suited to companies with unique business processes and specialized requirements.

Q: How long has Navision been around?
A: The first release of the Windows-based Navision product was launched in 1997. Navision Software, a Danish company, was acquired by Microsoft in 2002. Navision is now sold as a Microsoft Business Solutions product. The current version is Release 4.0 which was launched in October 2004.
