Baillies
announces new software for flying clubs and schools
|
 |
Baillies has announced the launch of its much
awaited software package for flying clubs and
schools.
Runway 24-7 is the brainchild of Baillies’
senior software developer Manfred Glasser, who,
having written a flight scheduling and invoicing
system for his local club 25 years ago,
decided to develop a solution that addressed
customer
frustrations with the complexity of modern
software. |
As Baillies has
almost 20 years experience of developing software, Glasser
put his idea to the Directors and it was enthusiastically
received.
Baillies MD,
Peter Corbett says that the company has a history of
innovation and of listening to its staff. “Runway 24-7 is a
simple and elegant system that we believe clubs and schools
are looking for, when Manfred came to us with his idea we
were keen to back him”
Runway 24-7
contains all the software needed to run a flying club in a
single package. It incorporates a flight booking system for
scheduling aircraft, instructors and members; comprehensive
invoicing for members and visitors; sales accounting;
voucher sales and redemptions; membership management and CAA
compliance.
